6. Pay-Per-Lead and Credits
Where enabled, HochzeitsElite may offer a credit-based lead system for wedding professionals.
Professionals may be required to use available credits to unlock certain lead information.

Eligible professionals may receive a notification about a relevant enquiry.
Professionals may use credits to unlock the available contact information.
The number of professionals able to unlock a particular lead may be limited.
Any applicable credit requirements, prices, limitations, and conditions will be displayed to professionals before purchase or use.
7. Credits and Wallet
Where a wallet or credit system is available:
Credits may only be used for the purposes specified on the platform.
Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred between users unless expressly permitted.
Credits may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred without our written permission.
We reserve the right to correct account balances where an obvious technical or administrative error occurs.
Any expiry, refund, or cancellation conditions applicable to credits will be displayed at the time of purchase or otherwise communicated to the relevant user.

HochzeitsElite may remove or modify listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Reviews and User Content
Where reviews, comments, photographs, descriptions, or other user-generated content are permitted, users are responsible for the content they submit.
You must not submit content that is:

Abusive or threatening
Illegal
Infringing of intellectual property rights

HochzeitsElite does not guarantee that a professional shown as available will remain available when a couple contacts them.
Couples should confirm availability directly with the professional.

Overnight accommodation
Location
Pricing
Facilities and services
This information is supplied by the venue or its representative unless otherwise indicated.
Couples should verify all important venue details, availability, pricing, restrictions, and contractual terms directly with the venue before making a booking.
13. Contracts Between Couples and Professionals
Any contract for wedding services is entered into directly between the couple and the relevant wedding professional or venue.
HochzeitsElite is generally not a party to such agreements.
Professionals are responsible for their own:
Prices
Contracts
Services
Availability
Cancellation policies
Refund policies
Taxes
Licences and professional requirements
HochzeitsElite does not guarantee the performance, quality, availability, or suitability of any professional.
14. Payments
Payments made for wedding services are normally made directly between the couple and the relevant professional unless HochzeitsElite expressly provides a payment service for that transaction.
Where HochzeitsElite processes payments for platform services, applicable fees and payment terms will be displayed before the transaction is completed.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Prohibited Activities
